The hotel was extremely convenient and nicely appointed with exceptionally attentive personnel at the reception desk. I was given a double room with central heating, multi-channel television, and coffee/tea making machines.

The room was nice and spacious, providing a laptop-sized safe, a flat-screen TV, and cable with on-demand movies. 📺

We liked the place and complimentary and delicious breakfast in it.

Courteous personnel at the reception desk. Bright quiet room with comfortable beds. Very good breakfast — a lot of meals. Marvellous and stunning setting, near entertainment venues and a stadium. 10 min walk from the bus stop. Fast check in and late check out.

This hotel is a great value for money, located conveniently in downtown with easy access to the KCPL district. The rooms are modernized with attractive decor and large bathrooms. The staff is attentive and the beds are comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying and a good way to start the day.

There was nothing that stood out as needing improvement.

The staff here was fantastic, they went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs, even providing a complimentary breakfast; I also loved the convenient location just a short distance from City Hall.

Room was great and our floor was quiet. Bed very comfortable.

Parking was not connected to the building but it was nice to have a garage.

The location was perfect. A friend and I were there to go to the Billy Joel concert on May 1st.

I specifically chose your hotel so we wouldn't have to worry about parking. As it turned out, you only allowed one vehicle to park in your garage. (We had two cars as my friend and I came from separate towns. Therefore, I had to pay an extra $10 for parking in a lot across the street.
